TIMING

We will begin at 8:00 am with presentations (7:30 for breakfast) on Friday, and end at approximately 1:00 pm on Saturday.

DRESS

Attire is business casual.  Any ties seen at the Winter Camp will be summarily snipped off.

GETTING TO AUSTIN

Austin has its own airport (AUS) with many connections to hubs as well as many direct flights from around the country.
 

DIRECTIONS/DRIVING

To get a map of UT, click here.  The McCombs School is on the Northwest Corner of 21st and Speedway (marked by "CBA" in Area 2 of the Campus and Parking Maps).  I suggest taking a cab as it is easier, but paid parking is also available.  If you do park, please bring your ticket with you to the conference. You'll want to park at the Brazos Garage (marked "BRG" in Area 3 of the Campus and Parking Maps), which is on the northeast corner of Brazos and Martin Luther King.  On the other hand, if you do take a cab, have them enter on 21st street from Guadalupe and drop you off at the McCombs building.
